We would like to invite you to the next year of the student scientific conference focused on nuclear engineering named after professor Čestmír Šimáně, which will be held on 12. - 13. June in room T1 of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University at Holešovičky 2 in Prague.
Students of all degrees (bachelor's, master's, doctoral) and recent graduates within 16 months of graduation can actively participate. The application deadline for active participants is May 30. The conference is also open to non-presenting academic and non-academic community participants, who must register by June 10. Participation in the conference is free for everyone, mainly thanks to the conference partners - the Czech Technical University in Prague, ÚJV Řež and KHNP.

"Šimáně 2023" is an annual student conference on the topic of Nuclear Engineering organized by the Faculty of Nuclear Science and Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. This conference date is on June 12th and 13th, 2023. The conference is open to all students and recent graduates interested in or working on topics related to nuclear power, applications of ionizing radiation, modelling, simulation, and material science. The conference aims to provide a platform for students to present their research and publish their scientific work, facilitating and creating professional networks among students from various nuclear-related disciplines and reminding Czechoslovak founders of nuclear-related sciences to the young generation.
