The Dean of the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering,
Czech Technical University in Prague, invites applications for the project "Extremal and Probabilistic Combinatorics" funded by Czech Science Foundation and he is offering a postdoctoral position in the Department of Mathematics at the Czech Technical University in Prague,
Faculty of Nuclear Engineering and Physical Sciences under the supervision of Jan Volec.
The position is for 2 years, and the intended starting date is between August 1 and September 16, 2024 (negotiable).
The annual salary is approx. 30,000 EUR before taxes, additional funds for travel and other research expenses are available.
There are no teaching duties associated with the position.
Applicant Requirements:
University education with a Ph.D. in Maths or CSc. (not received before January 1, 2016 - may be relaxed in case of a parental leave and/or a long-term illness).
